Management Profile

Juliana Esezobor

CEO (Acting), Pavilion Technology Limited Juliana Esezobor is CEO (Acting), Pavilion Technology Limited. Prior to her current position, She was Business Optimisation Adviser at Honeywell group. She worked closely with business leaders and the Group’s investment team to develop and implement value enhancing initiatives for the portfolio companies. In her role, she has been involved in and successfully coordinated the implementation of several strategic and tactical initiatives targeted at building organizational capability, driving organizational efficiency, and sustaining business performance.

Juliana has two decades of experience working as a consultant and practitioner within both the public and private sector.

Desmond Jimoh

 Desmond has been in the path of Logistics/Procurement for a decade and a half. His ultimate responsibility is to ensure cost control and efficient supply chain processes from requesting department to the end users; that is the client.

Dayo Odofin

“Odofin Adedayo is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Risk Manager with over ten (10) years experience in the Private Security Sector of Nigeria. He has over 18 years work experience which span from NGO, Educational Sector, Construction Works, Manufacturing, and largely Private Security business. He is currently the Operations Manager of Pavilion Technology Limited. His numerate background gave him an edge in the business and operation management. He is tactical and strategic in business decision making. He is a member of Professional bodies in Nigeria and overseas among which are – Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria (ICAN) Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Nigeria Institute of Management ( NIM ) Certified Information System Audit USA ( CISA ) Alumni member of the Prestigious Lagos Business School SMP 60. ”

Abimbola Gbadamosi

Rilwan Abimbola Gbadamosi is the Revenue Operations Manager in Pavilion Technology Limited. Having over 20 years of work experience in several industries from Banking to Information Security, he is uniqely qualified and brings with him a wealth of experience in Sales and People Management. He holds a Masters degree in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), and is an avid technology advocate. He became the head of revenue Operations in April 2021 having previously headed the IT & Cyber Security department within PTL.

Folakemi Adesina

“Folakemi is a licensed Human Resources professional who has ample training in HSE with experience across a variety of HR, Administrative and business functions. She has over 10 years working experience spanning Learning and Development, Talent Management, Office Management, Employee wellbeing, Recruitment and Selection, Logistics and Merchandising within the Outsourcing, Health, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Reinsurance and Security industry. She is currently responsible for driving business transformation by developing and implementing appropriate HR strategies, structures, and processes across PTL branches in Nigeria. She has a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, a member of SHRM, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(ACIPM) and Institute of Safety Professional of Nigeria (AISP) Folakemi is multi-talented, emotionally intelligent, hands-on, and endowed with good sense of open-mindedness. Having consecutively worked in different states; Plateau, Lagos and Delta for over 9 years, she returned to Lagos in 2018 and joined PTL. She has the overall Human Resources responsibility of over 2000 staff. This she achieves via teamwork and excellent leadership skills. Folakemi currently works as the Human Resources Manager of PTL. ”

Gafar Olude

Gafar Olude is a strategic and reliable finance professional with over a decade experience in managing business finances and growing shareholders’ wealth. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Lagos where he obtained his 1st and 2nd degree in Accounting and Finance respectively. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), and Level II student of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA). He has worked across organizations in the Nigeria industrial sectors and currently the Finance and Strategy Manager of the company.
